Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator We are looking for a Senior Estimator to assist the preconstruction team in developing cost estimates, value management, and estimate proposal reports. The role requires quantifying, pricing, and qualifying all building systems and components, soliciting subcontractor pricing, preparing scopes of work for trade contractors, and meeting critical deadlines as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates for building systems and components. Perform value management analyses to optimize project costs. Prepare estimate proposal reports for preconstruction reviews. Solicit subcontractor pricing and bids. Prepare scopes of work for all trade contractors. Meet critical project deadlines and collaborate with preconstruction team. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in estimating, working with a GC or Trade Partner. 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience and use of estimating software. 5+ years experience with Value Management processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent, or 8 years equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience. Current non-immigrant status (no sponsorship required). Salary USD $154,000.00 – $200,125.00 per year. Background Check Background check required.
