Associate Manager, Product Quality

Responsibilities
- Oversee product complaint handling, stability programs, and product quality reviews for regulatory compliance
- Evaluate, investigate, and trend complaint and stability data to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making
- Build and lead high-performing quality team with clear goals and performance expectations
- Influence cross-functional teams including regulatory, manufacturing, and R&D on quality matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline
- 6+ years in quality engineering, quality assurance, or post-market quality in regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience managing product complaints, investigations, and CAPA systems
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and stability programs
- Proven ability to drive quality management and system improvements
- 3+ years supervisory experience with people-leadership skills (preferred)
- Master's degree or CQE/CRE certification (preferred)
Compensation: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
