Outside Sales Representative - Lebanon, TN

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products operational across 26 branches in the United States. We are looking for a driven, results‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to serve the Lebanon, TN area . Responsibilities Sell our products to current customers in the region with a focus on customer service. Grow sales by identifying and calling on potential new customers throughout the territory. Communicate customer needs to the branch to optimize product mix and increase future sales. Collaborate with inside sales staff to ensure a coordinated and synchronized sales effort. Accompany vendors’ sales representatives as needed, calling on appropriate customer accounts to address vendor concerns. Qualifications Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty. Competitive drive to win. Minimum of 6–10 years of sales experience, ideally in outside sales or territory sales roles within the construction or building materials industry. Knowledge of millwork and understanding of 2‑step distribution. Ability to travel as needed throughout the territory. Excellent customer service skills; knowledge of DMSi Agility software is a plus.
