About the Role Culton Companies is seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our client base in the Nashville, Tennessee market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working collaboratively while building meaningful client relationships and developing new business. In this position, you will work alongside an established Senior Sales Executive , jointly managing and expanding existing client relationships while also prospecting and developing new accounts in the Nashville area. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, visibility, and opportunity for growth. While the position is based in our Nashville office, all design and production takes place in our Birmingham, AL Corporate Headquarters. Occasional travel to Birmingham will be required. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and comfortable contributing within a team‑based sales environment while still being accountable for individual performance.
