Junior Financial Analyst Full Time Arlington, VA, US Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team supporting the U.S. Navy in Washington, D.C. This position requires 3 days in office (Tuesday‑Thursday) in Crystal City, VA. What you’ll do: The Junior Financial Analyst will provide program and financial management support to the FMS group at IWS 4. Responsibilities: Lead program support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases on behalf of government lead and relayed requests to PAE Munitions PMX-303L subject matter experts Utilize Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) to extract case‐pertinent information, reformatted and distributed report to VLS correspondents Draft Memorandums (Memos) on behalf of government lead and distributed to PMX-303L case managers Update expenditure reports from field activities, e.g. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWC DD) to maintain Requisition Serial Number (RSN) expiry dates Utilize NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) to extract consolidation report Draft, clone, and edit Tasking Planning Sheets (TPSs) in NEPS to capture statements of work for field activity on behalf of funding activity Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required Travel domestically and internationally, provide in‑person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients.
