We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans based on project specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design documentation. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software based on project requirements.

* Interpret architectural, engineering, and design specifications to produce accurate plans.

* Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect design changes and project development.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure alignment with project goals.

* Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files.

* Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and regulations.

* Assist in developing design concepts and layouts when needed.

* Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCad, Revit, Solidworks, or similar programs.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Experience in construction.

* Knowledge of industry standards.

* Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

* Familiarity with CNC or fabrication processes (a plus).
