Assistant Project Manager

Be one of the first hires launching a data center division - real impact

High-visibility role with direct access to CEO and ownership

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the leadership team in delivering a hyperscale data center tenant fit-out project
  • Assisting in building and scaling a new data center division from the ground up
  • Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors during fit-out
  • Helping establish processes, standards, and best practices for future data center work
  • Tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation to support successful delivery
  • Providing strategic input as the division grows and new projects are secured
  • Working closely with executive leadership with regular exposure to ownership

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a GC
  • Background in commercial construction; data center experience a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Motivations by growth opportunities and long-term career progression
