Job Responsibilities: Perform floor inspections of medical devices to ensure compliance with quality standards Follow established inspection procedures, checklists, and quality guidelines Verify products meet specifications, tolerances, and regulatory requirements Identify and document defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming products Conduct tests and measurements to validate product quality Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to supervisors and team members Assist in resolving quality issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts Ensure inspection equipment is functioning properly and report any issues Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment Job Requirements: Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written procedures, specifications, and work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards High School Diploma or GED required As a Remedy Associate, We Offer You Weekly pay (Direct Deposit or Pay Card available) Access to health benefits and retirement plans A personal recruiter dedicated to your success FREE online skills training #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Intelligent Staffing
