Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate with experience driving AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into actionable solutions .

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance.
• Perform feasibility studies, business impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations for AI and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to manage scope, prioritize requirements, ensure traceability, and support successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements for AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation projects.
• Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, business process analysis, user story creation, feasibility assessments, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
