Physical Therapist

Berkshire Health will not consider any "local" travelers (who reside within 50 miles of facility) THIS IS A 32HOUR GUARANTEE. 40HRS IS NOT AVAILABLE The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.

Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:

• splints,
• orthoses
• prostheses,
• wheelchairs,
• ADL equipment
• Modalities.

8hrs non-billable orientationHoliday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%Requirement description : NOTE THIS IS A 32HR GT!

• 2 years current experience [required]
• Inpatient experience [required]
• Doctorate [required]
• Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal.
