With a caseload of about 44 students—ranging from direct services to consults—you’ll play a vital role in helping learners thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in a school-based setting or strong passion for educational environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, treatment, and consultation for students in 3rd through 12th grades
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support each student’s success
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions for a balanced and manageable caseload
• Engage in progress monitoring and regular reporting to demonstrate student growth
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents, offering expert insights and recommendations
