About Phiston Technologies
Phiston Technologies designs and manufactures high-security data destruction equipment — shredders, disintegrators, and degaussers — used by enterprise data centers, colocation providers, and ITAD companies worldwide. We build in Miramar and support installed equipment globally.
The Role
We’re rebuilding our inventory control program nd need a hands-on, detail-driven person on the floor to make it work. You’ll report to our Planning & Materials Manager and be the person who makes sure what’s on the shelf matches what’s in the system.
What You’ll Do
- Run cycle counts and support full physical inventories
- Receive incoming material, verify against purchase orders, and record receipts in NetSuite
- Set up and maintain bin locations, labels, and storage organization
- Put away stock and issue parts and materials to production
- Research and resolve count discrepancies; post approved adjustments
- Flag damaged, missing, or slow-moving material
- Keep the stockroom and receiving area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of inventory, stockroom, or receiving experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
- Experience running cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
- Comfortable entering transactions in an ERP or WMS (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when numbers don’t add up
- Basic Excel
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
- Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
