Operations Manager Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Center

Position Overview Blueview Recovery is seeking a driven and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support leadership initiatives. This role is central to the organization—ensuring day‑to‑day functions run smoothly, departments stay aligned, and performance goals are met. This is a mid‑level leadership role ideal for someone with experience in a substance use disorder (SUD) or mental health treatment setting who is comfortable managing staff, executing operational priorities, and assisting in executive‑level tasks. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments Assist and execute in executive‑level tasks and initiatives Track and report on key performance metrics including census, admissions, retention, and program performance Monitor admissions pipeline and ensure smooth, efficient intake processes Coordinate across clinical, admissions, outreach, and administrative teams Hold staff accountable to performance expectations and operational standards Create, manage, and analyze reports using Excel and internal systems Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements Assist in building and maintaining systems, workflows, and SOPs Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards Qualifications Required: Experience working in a SUD and/or mental health treatment facility Required: Prior management or leadership experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, and data analysis) Experience creating and managing operational reports Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with EMR systems and/or CRM platforms Familiarity with admissions processes and census management Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in behavioral health What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is proactive, and knows how to execute.
