Crown KIA is hiring an automotive service porter for its busy service department! This can be more than 'just a job', it can be a milestone in your career path! As a service porter you will direct the flow of traffic on our dealerships service drive and provide general service department assistance throughout the normal course of business. • Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb in and out of vehicles for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform the required duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• Ability to interact with a range of people including customers, service advisors, technicians, service managers, parts associates, parts managers, sales associates, sales managers and others
• Friendly and outgoing manner
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work a predictable and consistent work schedule as determined by management and business needs, which may regularly involve weekend days.
• Strong attention to detail
