In this role, you will lead the Human Resources function for Prysmian’s North America Industrial & Construction business, partnering with senior leaders to execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. What You’ll Bring Experience and Qualifications You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You bring at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading and developing an HR team. You have experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or a similar operational environment, with strong business partnership skills. What You’ll Do Lead HR strategy. You will partner with senior business and functional leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and organizational goals. Develop talent. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and offboarding. Coach leaders. You will provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, and people-related decisions. Use workforce insights. You will use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, support informed decisions, and drive consistent HR practices across locations. Build capability. You will lead and develop a high-performing HR team while supporting compensation, talent, performance, and other enterprise HR programs.
