Position Overview Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatologist to join our growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital. Responsibilities 24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year A positive and collaborative environment facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night Use of a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations Sign-On bonus and relocation assistance Qualifications Board certification (BE/BC) in Neonatology.
