A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle Conduct sales presentations following our sales process Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve high sales targets Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Benefits for the Insurance Sales Agent: Spanish-speaking preferred Base Salary plus uncapped commission Very competitive commission structure (most competitive in the State of Illinois) Sign-On Bonus Available Business and Leadership Courses available Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance Paid time off - personal time and holidays Training/coaching provided Responsibilities What Makes an Insurance Sales Agent Successful? A sales or customer-facing background is preferred An insurance background is even better Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed Must be tenacious and possess a “Hunter Mentality” Must be solution-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Coachability is essential.
