Performance Analyst (Bay Area)

Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview Kalos is hiring a Performance Analyst to work directly with members using DEXA scan data and evidence-based training methods to drive measurable improvements in strength, body composition, and performance. This role is designed for individuals with experience in high-performance environments —including technology, consulting, sales, or elite athletics—who are motivated to apply analytical thinking and coaching skills in a client-facing role. Formal personal training certification is not required; intellectual rigor, athletic credibility, and member impact are.
