Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient delivery of care and documentation. Goal-oriented and strives to meet targets for client progress and practice benchmarks. Dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. Cultivates and nurtures relationships with clients, families, and team members to foster a strong community and facilitate collaboration.
