Chief Financial Officer - CFO Location & Work Arrangement
- Rancho Cucamonga, CA
- Full-time, direct hire
- Onsite (local candidates only; no relocation)
- $150,000–$175,000
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with executive leadership to support business growth, improve operational performance, and drive long-term financial success. This role oversees all core finance functions, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, tax, risk management, and information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze profitability across customers, products, and operations.
- Improve margins, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee tax, audits, cash flow, treasury, banking, and risk management.
- Support capital planning, financing, and investment decisions.
- Evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent).
- Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), fresh or refrigerated foods, produce, or a similar industry.
- Recent, hands-on CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment is an absolute must. Candidates without direct food manufacturing experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and strategic planning.
- Proven success supporting business growth and financial performance.
