Position Details Location: 230 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA 02481 Department: Internal Medicine / Pediatric Department Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday‑Friday Primary Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily clinical operations in one or more service line locations. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, operations, patient and employee safety and satisfaction, quality care, fiscal management, and personnel management. Supervise RNs and LPNs, ensuring practice within legal standards and adherence to collective bargaining contracts. Serve as a clinical nursing resource and partner in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety, and professional development for designated sites or service areas. Address patient and staff issues in collaboration with operational partners. The Clinical Nurse Manager II position: a 1.0 FTE administrative role holding responsibility over two or more sites or departments and an area of practice with a large number of direct reports or complex scope of clinical practice. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrolled in a BSN program with ability to obtain the BSN within one year of hire. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license in the State of Massachusetts. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Three or more years of demonstrated clinical experience in a nursing area. At least one year of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting. Experience in telephone nursing practice within an ambulatory setting. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications. Preferred Qualifications Certification in a practice specialty or leadership, with an expectation to sit for certification within four years of hire. Three or more years of leadership/charge nurse experience. Management or leadership experience in a nursing collective bargaining environment. Skills Working knowledge of organizational systems and operations. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Pay and Benefits Pay ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, depending on local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
