Sales Director

Leading the SME Account Executive team, the full-time Sales Director will drive revenue by managing a team focused on selling to companies with less than 1,000 employees, providing deal strategy support and collaborating closely with the VP of Sales in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Recruit, build, and manage a productive SME Account Executive team Drive performance and enhance the DailyPay brand across key market segments Provide accurate revenue forecasting and collaborate on sales analysis and results Required qualifications Experience in attracting and hiring high-quality sales representatives Successful sales experience in SaaS, HR tech, FinTech, or related products Proven ability to develop and refine sales processes and value propositions High proficiency in integrating CRM strategies and data into the sales process Demonstrated leadership skills with strong public speaking abilities
