Virginia Licensed Actuarial Manager

Providing financial analyses and client deliverables, the full-time salaried Virginia Licensed Actuarial Manager will manage multiple employer client teams, contribute to benefit plan analysis and design, and ensure quality standards while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decisions Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, cost avoidance, and funding strategies Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams for superior project management Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting Intermediate/advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation (optional)
