U.S. Patent Agent

To support a growing patent prosecution team, the full-time remote U.S. Patent Agent will prepare and prosecute patent applications, respond to Office actions, and conduct comprehensive patent searches while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. Key responsibilities Prosecute patent applications, including responding to Office actions and communicating with Patent Examiners Draft high-quality patent applications with detailed descriptions and figures to protect innovative technologies Conduct and analyze comprehensive patent searches to assess the patentability of inventions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Three or more years (preferably 6+) of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a law firm environment Registered as a Patent Agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Strong analytical and research skills Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing is a plus
