Job Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a skilled IT Manager in Houston, Texas. The role is within the tech industry, where you will be expected to manage various IT-related tasks in our workplace. Oversee and manage all IT operations including but not limited to Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Active Directory. Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that it's used efficiently and effectively. Oversee the organization's database, ensuring its efficient operation and security. Handle EO/IR systems, ensuring their proper function and maintenance. Conduct regular audits to ensure systems and software are up to date. Manage backup technologies, ensuring data is secure and accessible when necessary. Oversee computer hardware, ensuring it's maintained and updated as necessary. Direct configuration management activities, ensuring systems are functioning optimally. Develop and implement IT policies and best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure their technological needs are met. Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a must Ability to manage and manipulate databases is vital Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary Proficiency in Active Directory is required Auditing skills are crucial Familiarity with Backup Technologies is important Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required Experience in Configuration Management is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
