These values are the cornerstone of Plastic Ingenuity. Purpose and ScopeThe Inspector Packer works as part of a collaborative production team to inspect and package finished goods according to customer specifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting efficient production flow. All work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled environment.Schedule - M-Th 1:45pm-12:00amPay rate is $20.60 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential.   Detailed DutiesInspect products to ensure they exceed customer quality standardsRead and follow job order and packing specifications accuratelyPrepare and package finished products for shipment according to requirementsOperate grinders and manage scrap removal as neededChange rolls of plastic material as requiredCommunicate quality or equipment concerns promptly to the appropriate personnelMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficientlyProficiency in English for documentation and communication Plastic Ingenuity is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
