Pediatric Occupational Therapists

Family Achievement Center (FAC) is an outpatient therapy clinic with locations in Bloomington and Woodbury, Minnesota, serving mainly pediatric patients. FAC offers comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services using traditional and nontraditional approaches. Focused on improving lives, the center is dedicated to providing hope and personalized care that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. Role Description We have options for part-time or full-time on-site roles for Pediatric Occupational Therapists located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role involves evaluating and providing therapy to pediatric clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with families and other members of the care team. Therapists will utilize evidence-based practices and strategies, including sensory integration and early intervention approaches, to help children achieve developmental milestones and improve their quality of life. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy with a strong understanding of Sensory Integration techniques Experience in working with children, particularly in Pediatrics and Early Intervention programs Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, fostering positive connections with children and their families State licensure as an Occupational Therapist and relevant certifications Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings is an advantage but new graduates welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Achievement Center, Inc.
