Job Responsibilities

Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at successfully meeting their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Solutions: Apply proven methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and dedicated nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care aimed at the whole person.
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continuity of care at home.
Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and adapt treatment as necessary to keep patients on the path to recovery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Continued education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and will be supported.
Licensing & Certifications
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) .
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
