How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing care according to organizational protocols, while accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
• Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while continuously evaluating, recording, and reporting changes in patient condition.
• Act as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to deliver seamless, well-managed care throughout the patient's stay.
• Assess, anticipate, and coordinate patient post-care and discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team and family.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
