Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and bills of material.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience required.
• Previous quality control or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify assembly defects and quality concerns.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
• Knowledge of 5S, workplace safety practices, and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools throughout the shift.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and required PPE.
• Casual work environment; company uniforms provided.

Job Duties

• Assemble products according to approved work instructions, drawings, and supervisor direction.
• Install hardware, panels, doors, seals, insulation, cable supports, and brackets.
• Verify parts and materials before installation and report discrepancies.
• Perform quality inspections for fit, alignment, torque, fastening, and workmanship.
• Complete production records, labels, checklists, and traceability documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation using 5S standards.
• Support material handling, rework, repairs, packaging, and other production activities as needed.
