Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be part of the People Services team supporting HR guidance and solutions for employees and People Leaders in Mexico. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $25.88

What's the Job?

• Deliver intake/escalated tier HR guidance and solutions to employees and People Leaders in Mexico
• Partner with all People Team Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery
• Manage regional HR services, including onboarding, HR policies, total rewards, and HR systems questions
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems and tools
• Support the prehire process, including background checks and new hire onboarding activities

• Knowledge of regional cultural nuances, legal requirements, and workforce dynamics
• Willingness to work onsite Monday through Thursday, with a work-from-home option on Fridays
