What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
• Utilize advanced therapies like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Work with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists for comprehensive care
• Coordinate with neonatal transport team for patient transfers and emergencies
• Deliver family-centered care in a single-family room NICU model
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research

What You Need:

• Valid North American medical license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Prior NICU experience preferred but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
