Job Description Job Description Shipper – Job Summary Pay: $20per hour Location: On-site in Wilmington, MA Schedule: Full-time, temp-hire, Monday–Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments accurately Verify orders against packing slips and shipping documents Load and unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized shipping area Follow safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer and inventory system skills Attention to detail and time management skills As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
