A growing family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in North Carolina is hiring a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM). Ownership is known for genuinely taking care of its people, and the Regional Business Office Manager is a key leader on the team.

The Regional Business Office Manager guides the facility business offices rather than doing the day-to-day work. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Regional Business Office Manager position.

Regional Business Office Manager Benefits

Regional Business Office Manager Duties

  • Oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

  • Lead and participate in aging / accounts receivable (AR) calls

  • Oversee Medicaid pending cases through to approval

  • Train new Business Office Managers (BOMs) and business office staff as needed

  • Keep multiple facilities organized and on track while managing competing priorities

Regional Business Office Manager Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay: $85,000–$105,000 per year

  • Full-time

  • Location: North Carolina, with travel to facilities

Regional Business Office Manager Qualifications

  • Regional Business Office Manager experience, or 10+ years as a Business Office Manager (BOM)

  • Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting — prior nursing home experience is required
