Executive Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Boston, Mass. A busy HNW principal is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as her trusted partner and right hand. The principal is primarily engaged in philanthropy focused on how children learn best and has founded an education-focused organization. The ideal candidate will work as needed in person at the principal’s home office, from a WeWork-type space in the city, or remotely depending on what’s going on. There are plans to open a dedicated Boston office for the principal’s philanthropic educational work, which you will help set up and organize once a timeline is established. This is not a traditional support position, it requires someone who thrives as a strategic extension of the principal, acting as a true gatekeeper and force multiplier, ensuring smooth execution and anticipatory management across all aspects of her life. About the Job Serve as the primary liaison and trusted Gatekeeper for the principal, managing professional and personal schedules, priorities, and commitments Prioritize the principal’s inbox and craft emails and other correspondence on her behalf; conduct research and prepare briefings, Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries—personal and professional Support oversight of philanthropic initiatives, the education-focused organization, and school-related activities; prepare materials and ensure the principal is ready for key meetings Plan and support high-touch events and dinners, Manage personal matters including household organization, vendor oversight, family scheduling, and errands—taking as much off the principal’s plate as possible and ensuring seamless day-to-day flow Liaise with the Property Manager and household staff to ensure proactive maintenance, scheduling, payroll coordination, and smooth multi-residence operations Handle expense reports, bill payments, purchase tracking Leverage technology and AI tools to optimize time management, streamline communications, and enhance overall efficiency across calendars, tasks, and workflows Lead and support special projects and the setup of the forthcoming Boston office, including space sourcing, build-out coordination, vendors, and move logistics Base Salary, Bonus, Comprehensive Healthcare, 401K About You 5–7 years of experience supporting a high-net-worth principal; familiarity with philanthropy, and an interest in education-overall a plus Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence; impeccable follow-through Exceptional organizational and anticipatory skills; detail-oriented, consistently going the extra step to provide “high touch” service and act as a force multiplier Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills; adept at crafting concise, polished correspondence and briefs Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; tech savvy and experienced using AI tools Strong project management and event planning skills; Adept at vendor and stakeholder coordination, including liaising with the Property Manager, household staff A warm, engaging personality who can handle anything from coordinating household needs to preparing the principal for high level meetings concerning her philanthropic work #J-18808-Ljbffr C-SUITE ASSISTANTS
