Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist - Full-Time Position - Wakefield Location Join one of the region’s largest and most respected orthopaedic practices dedicated to delivering exceptional, comprehensive therapeutic services. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and provide hand/upper extremity therapy care and patient evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment and home programs Provide specialized hand and upper extremity therapy Document patient evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and therapy leadership Manage patient scheduling, charging, and appropriate delegation to support staff Participate in continuing education and staff development Qualifications: Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy accredited by American Occupational Therapists Association or a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure 2-3 years of clinical experience working with hand therapy patients preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work cooperatively with physicians, coworkers, management, patients, and other professional partners Ability to manage a patient volume of 11-12 patients per 8-hour day Competitive salary with profit-sharing and bonus incentives Full medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with employer contributions Generous PTO and continuing education support Compensation: $75,000-95,000 per year, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic
