Telemetry RN: Acute Care Nurse & Patient Advocate

One Brooklyn Health is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to provide and coordinate high-quality nursing care for adult medical/surgical patients (18+), including telemetry management in accordance with the New York State Nursing Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning care, administering medications, and communicating with the health care team.
