About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Fund Accounting to lead the accounting and treasury functions for its private credit operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these functions are in line with the organization's goals and financial objectives. This role involves driving innovation in financial processes to support the growth and complexity of private credit operations, as well as collaborating with global teams to maintain consistency and optimize cross-functional operations. The Head of Fund Accounting will also engage with stakeholders to enhance financial performance, oversee treasury management, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the accounting team. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a CPA certification being mandatory, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a focus on private credit operations. The role requires proven leadership skills in managing both internal teams and external administrators, strong knowledge of fund structures, investment accounting, and valuation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-location teams, be willing to travel quarterly, and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the ability to drive impactful financial initiatives are also essential for this position.
