Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, and coach a premier roster of instructors. Drive Engagement: Plan gym-wide challenges, specialty events, and holiday workouts. Market the Energy: Create social media content and promotional materials to keep our classes packed. The Essentials: Proven leadership experience in group fitness.
