Are you success and sales-driven? Confluence Communities is looking for candidates with strong sales and management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the desire to succeed! New Home Sales Consultants serve a critical role in creating our community and are held to high standards of excellence. Typical Duties Include: Developing relationships with customers Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities Networking & prospecting Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout the New Home Sales process Negotiating and closing deals Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork Obtaining and analyzing market data is critical for our communities to remain competitive Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Weekends required Maintaining standard sales office hours, but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority Commission and bonus opportunities Requirements Educational Requirements: College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred A Real Estate License is not required Preferred Experience/background: 2 Years’ Experience in new home sales Residential home-building experience required Proven knowledge of the market Knowledge of sales concepts Working knowledge of the mortgage industry Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
