Position Overview As an Immigration Attorney, you will represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other government agencies while managing a diverse caseload. You'll work closely with an experienced team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to provide high‑quality legal representation and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other government agencies. Manage a caseload that may include: Family‑based petitions Asylum Waivers Employment‑based immigration matters Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal filings. Prepare clients for USCIS interviews, immigration hearings, and court appearances. Attend immigration interviews, bond hearings, and court proceedings. Review and approve filings prepared by paralegals and case managers. Communicate regularly with clients, providing legal advice and case updates. Monitor case deadlines and ensure all filings are completed accurately and on time. Maintain organized case files and detailed case notes within the firm's case management system. Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications Required Juris Doctor (J.D.) Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Florida Bar preferred). 1–3+ years of immigration law experience. Experience handling matters before USCIS and EOIR. Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Experience handling removal defense, asylum, waivers, and family‑based immigration matters.
