RN - Critical Care PCU, Days

Role The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Qualifications Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience & Licenses No experience required; new graduates eligible. Must hold current RN licensure in Georgia or multistate license, along with BCLS certification. Certifications Additional certifications required based on specialty area, such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialized pediatric or surgical certifications. Nurses in certain specialties may need to obtain certifications within specified timeframes. Skills & Key Duties Demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and adherence to policies.
