POSTING DATE June 24, 2025 CLOSING DATE Open Until Filled POSITION Licensed Practical Nurse LOCATION Various REPORTS TO Health Services Coordinator PRIMARY FUNCTION Provide state mandated health services to students under the direction of the Health Services Coordinator.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with nursing procedures (tracheotomy, G-tube feedings, catheterization, diabetic care, etc.) highly preferred. Ability to medically document in a professional and thorough manner. Ability to exercise professionalism and confidentiality when providing information to the students, parents, and staff. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with students, parent, staff, and other personnel. Successful experience working in school health or in the area of pediatrics, desirable. Must have own transportation. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Connecticut. Current First Aid/CPR Certification. SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Salary in accordance with Hartford Educational Support Personnel (HESP) S484 - (43,512-$51,610). 10-month work year.
