Business Relationship Manager

Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT environments.

Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and business relationships.

Experience in sales, including working toward revenue targets, business planning, demand creation, and driving revenue growth with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer experience technologies, and media ecosystems.

Strong business development / relationship management and presales experience in Data, Analytics & AI, preferably with BSFI organizations.

Presales or consulting experience with large transformation engagements in Digital, Risk, Finance, data, analytics & AI and Wealth Management.

Experience in relationship building with senior executives.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders on the client side to position TCS' technology and digital capabilities as enablers of business transformation.

Develop a deep understanding of business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Identify and shape opportunities, build pipeline, collaborate closely with TCS cross-functional solution teams and create compelling value propositions.

Lead the development of business cases, investment justification and sales proposal for identified initiatives.

Drive revenue growth by pursuing new initiatives and strategic programs.

Be accountable for quarterly revenue targets and ensure achievement through pipeline development and opportunities conversion.
