Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Columbia, SC

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Rheumatology space in South Carolina to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers. The role combines sales execution with strategic account planning in a complex healthcare landscape supporting the company's autoimmune disease portfolio.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned South Carolina geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer and market insights to drive performance
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while ensuring compliance and integrity
Submit accurate account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activities on schedule

Requirements

5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of achieving high sales performance and business objectives
Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
Must reside within Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach, SC markets

Compensation: $140,000 - $192,500 base salary annually
