LOA & Return-to-Work Specialist
Acosta Group
Acosta Group is seeking a LOA Administrator to manage leave-of-absence requests including FML, PLOA, MLOA, STD, LTD, and ADA LOAs. The role involves determining eligibility based on regulations, coordinating the entire LOA process, and educating team members on procedures. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or three years of relevant experience, along with at least two years in disability management or FMLA administration.
