$1468.80/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal recovery through skilled clinical interventions. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly. Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status. Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient discharge and follow-up care. Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately. Qualifications: Current valid RN license. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a Med Surg setting. Ability to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
