About the position: Arkana Laboratories is looking for a Brand Manager who brings sharp marketing instincts to everything they touch — branding, advertising, internal projects, and beyond. You\'ll report to the Marketing Manager and act as a go-to resource for the marketing team, helping shape how Arkana shows up across every platform and touchpoint. What you\'ll do: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives, serving as a key resource for the marketing team Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion Field marketing-related questions and asset requests from other departments Track project progress, flag roadblocks early, and proactively solve problems to keep things moving Audit projects/events once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the marketing team Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between team members and other internal teams Develop and maintain brand messaging that\'s consistent, fresh, and genuinely engaging across all platforms Design, create, and produce necessary content – print and digital Maintain stock of company marketing assets Be able to give branding and messaging input on any project What you bring: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in branding or corporate marketing (required) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Solid grounding in marketing principles and tactics Comfort with everyday business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, plus web-based applications and third-party portals) What we offer: We know that health is more than doctor visits and life is more than work.
