Payroll SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist to join our team and manage accurate, timely payroll processing for our organization. This role is critical to ensuring employees are paid correctly while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and company policies.The Payroll Specialist will work closely with HR, finance, and management to support payroll operations and resolve employee payroll inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly and/or biweekly payroll accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and garnishmentsReview timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll submissionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsPrepare payroll reports and assist with audits as neededRespond to employee payroll questions in a professional and timely mannerAssist with month-end and year-end payroll activitiesQualificationsPrevious payroll processing experience requiredStrong attention to detail and confidentialityFamiliarity with payroll software and timekeeping systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principlesOrganized, reliable, and deadline-drivenCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $60,000 – $70,000, based on experienceFull-time, stable positionSupportive team environment and opportunity for growthIf you are an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for your next opportunity, we encourage you to apply today.
