Key Responsibilities Advise legal, compliance, and business teams on financial regulatory matters. Analyze complex regulatory issues and translate them into practical business guidance. Draft and review regulatory materials, internal policies, and related documentation. Support responses to external inquiries, examinations, and information requests. Draft, review, and negotiate business and operational agreements. Monitor regulatory developments and enforcement trends relevant to the business. Partner with compliance and operations teams on day-to-day regulatory questions. Support broader legal strategy, including disputes, investigations, and risk management as needed. Work closely with senior legal and business stakeholders on high-priority initiatives. About You J.D. and active U.S. bar membership. 3–7 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with fintech, derivatives, financial services, regulated financial products, or related regulatory frameworks. Experience with DCO/DCM/Prediction Markets strongly preferred. Strong legal writing, analytical judgment, and communication skills. Ability to give practical advice in a fast-moving business environment. Comfort working with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams. Experience with external regulatory interactions. Interest in fintech and complex regulatory questions.
